Staying true to the city’s iconography, I adapted Detroit’s famous pizza chain Little Caesars into Little Bleepers. The logo features a Roland 808 on a screwdriver, patch cables, a tape, and decorative waveforms.

Long story short, the session was a great success, with hours of free electronic improvisation. Undoubtedly, the local participants turned out to be incredibly intuitive musicians, and my heart was filled with gratitude and love for yet another stunning Motor City music moment.

We’ve already decided to host another session at the studio in early 2025, and I’m excited to build on the collaboration we managed to establish so spontaneously.
